Research & venture building
Applied research, analytical systems, and company building at the intersection of energy, materials, data, and commercialization.
Financial data at platform scale
Led an organization of nearly 200 across data science, product, and engineering. Grew the Experian Boost team from one teammate to fewer than 30 people; the product contributed to a shared impact of more than 50 million aggregate credit-score points.
AI inside regulated operations
Built toward governed middle- and back-office automation for capital-markets and regional-banking workflows where evidence, controls, and human authority matter.
Current independent platform work
Building AI products and platform infrastructure spanning Externa, Bad Labels AI, Campus Agents, DF Orbit, and Avenews. Connecting applied research, product architecture, engineering delivery, and explicit human authority.
02 / Current systems
The ventures are distinct products connected by a shared premise: AI should be useful to people, legible to institutions, and accountable to outcomes.
Agentic operating system
An executive workspace for turning intent into bounded, reviewable work across strategy, finance, product, operations, and growth.
Trusted AI marketplace
Discovery, comparison, reviews, commerce, and trust infrastructure designed for humans and agents choosing AI products.
Governed scientific programs
Evidence-governed software for discovering, developing, and operating scientific programs from funding opportunity to auditable outcome.
Synthetic engineering demo
A source-linked Engineering Review Desk connecting CAD, documents, images, audio, video, 3D parts, and software to checks, proposed changes, and accountable decisions.
Engineering case / Synthetic demo
DF Orbit Engineering's Review Desk makes work products addressable: a CAD entity, document span, image region, media interval, 3D part, or software component can carry its source, applicable checks, and proposed change. Typed actions and cell grants keep access explicit; durable PostgreSQL coordination supports recovery.
The synthetic Review Desk is implemented through B0–B7 on authored engineering fixtures. Teams can trace a finding to its source, review a proposed change, and make separate engineering and sharing decisions.
03 / Connected work
Applications, protocols, and community programs that test the same architecture across different kinds of work and human experience.

04 / How I build
Systems should be able to show what happened, why it happened, and what supports the result.
Agents can reason, draft, and orchestrate. Accountable people and deterministic workflows authorize consequential action.
Capability matters when it changes an outcome—measured against cost, risk, confidence, and residual uncertainty.
